Shipping Policies

For most items if payment is recieved by 1:00pm EST (eastern standard time) they will ship the same day. If payment is recieved later than 1:00pm EST the item ships the next business day. Items will not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Larger items may require extra handling time. If the item is listed with "Free Domestic Shipping" or "Free shipping" we reserve the right to ship using whichever shipping service we choose. "Overnight" or "Express" shipping options are available at buyers expense you must contact us at lonewolfheavyduty@yahoo.com for a shipping quote prior to purchasing the item. Please put "EXPRESS SHIPPING" in the subject also make sure to include product id, your name, address, and zip code in the body of the email. We will get back to you with a shipping quote.

Freight Shipping:

Some large or heavy (over 70 lbs) items will be shipped via freight. For those items "Freight Shipping" is stated in the listing and they are not able to be purchased from the product page. You must contact us at lonewolfheavyduty@yahoo.com for a freight quote. Please put "FREIGHT QUOTE" in the subject and make sure to include the product id number, your name, address, and zip code in the body of the email. note: If you do not have a business address as determined by the freight carrier residential delivery fees may apply. We reserve a handling time of up to 5 business days for freight items.

Returns Policy

All returns must follow the returns process outlined below.
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Prior to returning an item you must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number from us by contacting us at lonewolfheavyduty@yahoo.com. Put "RETURN" in the subject. You must include the product id number, purchase date, your name, address, zip code, and reason for return in the body of the email. We will respond to you within 24 hours with instructions and a RA (Return Authorization) number for the return. No returns will be accepted without a RA #. Any item returned without prior authorization will be rejected and no refund will be issued. Buyer pays for return shipping, and any shipping paid at time of purchase is not eligible to be refunded. There will not be a "restocking fee" deducted from the refund unless a wrong item is returned, ,the item is returned in significicantly different condition than when sold, or is returned outside of the 30 day return window. Such items will be subject to a "restocking fee" of up to 100%
